Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of vibeqa.dev and the QA deliverables and services provided by vibe·qa ("we", "us"). By submitting the form or requesting a deliverable, you agree to them.
1. What we offer
- Free deliverable. On request, we produce one deliverable (for example a bug report, a single Playwright test, a few API tests, a load test on one endpoint, manual test cases, or a sample test-data set) against an application you specify, at no charge. The free offer is one per requester and provided at our discretion.
- Full engagement (paid). The complete QA layer and ongoing maintenance are provided under a separate written agreement, scoped after an initial consultation. Pricing and scope are agreed before any paid work begins.
2. Authorized use
By submitting a URL you confirm that you are authorized to have that site or application tested. Our checks are read-only and non-destructive functional tests — no load or stress testing beyond what you explicitly request, and no attempts to access protected data. You are responsible for ensuring your request does not breach any third party's rights or any agreement you are bound by.
3. No warranty
Deliverables are provided "as is", for your information, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Testing reduces risk; it does not guarantee that software is free of defects.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data, or business, arising from the free deliverable or your use of this site. Liability for paid work is governed by the separate engagement agreement.
5. Intellectual property
Ownership of paid deliverables is set out in the engagement agreement. The contents of this site remain ours. You retain all rights in the application and materials you submit.
6. Privacy
Our handling of the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, and the Czech courts have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. [TODO: confirm contracting legal entity — s.r.o. name · IČO.]
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change when we do.
